Ok it’s really simple. The purpose of this blog is to provide easy to read and understand information about general nutrition. Ir’s primarily my pimal/paleo diary. And blog about my progression and experiences.

I’ve beed a serious athlete for many years, but my knowledge on nutrition has always lacked, as is the case for many others.

Currently I run ( next goal half marathon) And do some cycling,

Recently I read the book Paleo Diet for athletes, and had really wished I had known more ten years ago. Shortly after that I read The Primal Blueprint which REALLY kick-started my journey.

I  short the journey started June 2011.

Instead of just preaching I will try to emphasize the the changes better nutrition has done for me as a person.
